How to use the paint sprayer gun correctly?

Tips:

1. Before using, please choose proper copper nozzle, spray patterns. Check if you have tighten up the container and paint tube; In addition, we recommend that you test on cardboard or wooden boards before spraying important items, such as walls or furniture.
2. Please add some water(or paint thinner) to dilute the paint and stir to ensure that your paint passes smoothly through the viscosity cup within 100 seconds and meets your requirements.
3. After finishing spraying put the corresponding thinner in the container, then install the container on the product, and perform a similar operation as spraying to properly clean the container (The purpose is to clean the remaining paint in the containers, pipes and nozzles). Then remove the container and clean.
4. Please clean the sprayer gun immediately with the brush. All parts of the paint sprayer are detachable.
5. Most importantly, please read the product user manual carefully before using it.

Using in Different Scenarios

Attention:

1 In the process of replacing the nozzle, please be sure to install all the accessories on the nozzle. You need to pay special attention to the accessories and do not omit them. Any omission will cause the nozzle to leak paint or fail to spray.

2 Before replacing the nozzle, please make sure that the nozzle has been cleaned with clean water and the nozzle is not clogged. If it is clogged, use a dredging needle to clear it.

When the nozzle is in use, if there is a blockage, please consider several situations?

1 Clogged paint, The nozzle is not cleaned after use（Because the paint will be sticky after long-term storage, it is recommended to clean the spray gun in time after each use, which will prolong the service life of the spray gun.）

2 There are impurities in the paint, causing the nozzle to be blocked (it is recommended to use filter paper + measuring cup for dilution)

3 The paint does not match the nozzle caliber (for detailed caliber and specific correct paint matching, please refer to the figure below)
